President Buhari Confirms Diezani Alison Madueke's Arrest

                                                         The arrest of former Minister of Petroleum resources in Nigeria on Friday October 2nd in London has been confirmed. "The government is aware of the arrest and all the government investigative agencies are working very closely with the British law enforcement. Nigerian authorities are saying for the first time that matters are being handled with seriousness and deep commitment. Nobody wants to give the impression that this government is frivolous and unserious. For this reason, government is only confirming active collaboration. Beyond this, we are not saying more. Ahmed Mohammed Withdrawn From Texas School That Suspended Him For Bringing Homemade Clock

The young Muslim boy who got so much support, even from Barak Obama at the aftermath of the allegation made against because of his home made clock was finally withdrawn from the school on Monday. According to the family of 14 year old Ahmed Mohammed, the young boy since the accusation and suspension from school has been traumatized, lost his appetite and has not been sleeping well. Mohammed’s father also withdrew all his children from their Irving Independent School District schools. He revealed that he were still indecisive as to enrolling any of his children into any of the schools in Dallas. “Numerous schools have offered to enroll Ahmed ”his father said.  He also confirmed that his family plans on flying to New York on Wednesday, where United Nations dignitaries want to meet his son. Then, if the appropriate visas can be obtained, Mohamed wants to take his son on a pilgrimage to the holy city of Mecca in Saudi Arabia.

Fayose : President Buhari practices “Nothernisation of Nigeria,” in Nigeria

                        Ekiti State Governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose has said President Mohammadu Buhari was operating as a president of the Northern Nigeria only, describing steps taken by the president since May 29, 2015 as tainted in ethnic and tribal colouration, which is inimical to the unity of Nigeria. The governor, who descried what he called President Buhari’s “Nothernisation of Nigeria,” said “appointments made by the President so far negate the principle of federal character and it appears the unity in diversity of Nigeria is being taken for granted by the President.” According to a statement issued on Monday, by his Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka, Governor Fayose said it was wrong for President Buhari to have made 31 major appointments and only seven will come from the South while 24 were from the North. Over 30 members of the IPOB pro Biafra shot in Onitsha city

                                            To assume that the police and Navy officials (the so called security) would be the protectors and controllers of mayhem in the society? It was reported that the IPOB Pro Biafra Members were unarmed while on their peaceful protest when the unprovoked sporadic shooting by the Navy soldiers and Police began.                                              The incident happened at the Onitsha Bridge this evening when the group on the peaceful protest stumbled into the Navy Military check point. 14 year old boy kill brother re-enacting a movie scene

                                            The town of Umueze, Enugwu-Achi, Oji-River Local Government Area, Enugu State, was last Monday thrown into mourning, following the death of three-year-old Akachukwu in the hands of his 14-year-old brother Ebubechukwu, who used their father’s gun to shoot him dead. The brothers were said to be re-enacting movie scenes, not knowing that the gun was loaded. According to a source, their father, Christian Odika, had left for their village square at Obodo-Ukwu Enugwu-Akwu, for a meeting, when the tragic news reached him. It was gathered that on getting to  his house, he met his son, Akachukwu, in a pool of his own blood. Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Ebere Amaraizu, said: “Investigations into the tragic incident have commenced to ascertain the remote causes, so the law can take its course.” Vanguard
